摘要
睡眠医学的发展离不开睡眠医学人才的支撑.目前,我国的睡眠技师还不能满足医疗需求.呼吸治疗师作为睡眠技师的后备人才支撑,在专业技能、教育成本、成长路径等方面具有专业优势,尤其是在睡眠呼吸障碍的监测、诊断、评估、治疗、康复等方面,能够促进疾病管理的规范化.
Abstract
The development of sleep medicine relies on the support of skilled professionals in sleep medicine.Currently,the demand for sleep technicians in China surpasses the available supply.As a reserve talent pool for sleep technicians,respiratory therapists have special advantages in professional skills,educational costs and career development pathways,especially in the monitoring,diagnosis,assessment,treatnent,and rehabilitation of sleep-disordered breathing,which promotes the standardization of disease management.
