摘要
营养治疗是放射性肠损伤综合治疗中的关键组成部分,贯穿放射治疗以及放射性肠损伤治疗的整个过程.放射性肠损伤的临床表现复杂,既有营养不良和电解质失衡等代谢问题,更有肠梗阻甚至肠穿孔等需要外科处理的问题.营养治疗的难点在于准确地评估营养状况、把握营养治疗干预时机以及选择合理的营养通路.营养治疗过程中需要关注是否出现外科干预的指征,及时调整营养治疗的目的以及方式.
Abstract
Nutritional therapy is a key component in the comprehensive treatment of radiation enteritis(RE)and runs through the whole course of radiation therapy and RE therapy.The clinical manifestations of RE are various,including metabolic problems such as malnutrition and electrolyte disorder,and surgical problems such as intestinal obstruction and even intestinal perforation.Difficulties of treatment lie in the assessment of nutritional status,the initiation timing of nutritional therapy,and the proper nutritional approach.Special attention should be paid to the indications of surgical intervention during treatment,to timely adjust the purpose and treatment method of nutritional therapy.
