摘要
抗反流手术作为针对食管裂孔疝(HH)这一发病解剖机制的治疗手段,能够有效减少和控制HH带来的因胃食管反流造成的不适和机体损害.作为一项功能修复性手术,术者的目标是在解决原有痛苦的基础上带来更少的不良影响.HH病人胃食管反流情况复杂多样,应基于其主观症状和客观检查选择个体化手术治疗方式,并考虑不同的合并症.
Abstract
Anti reflux surgery,as a treatment for the anatomical mechanism of esophageal hiatal hernia(HH),can effectively reduce and control the discomfort and damage caused by gastroesophageal reflux caused by HH.As a functional restorative surgery,the surgeon's goal is to bring less adverse effects while addressing the existing pain.The situation of gastroesophageal reflux in HH patients is complex and diverse.Individualized surgical treatment should be selected based on their subjective symptoms and objective examination,and different comorbidities should be considered.
