摘要
中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)特色和优势明显,历经半个世纪的探索与发展,逐渐形成相对成熟的理论和实践体系.以"益气救阴、活血化淤、清热解毒、通里攻下"为主的中医治法在SAP早期减轻炎症、缓解疼痛、防治重症化、保护器官功能方面与西医治疗的协同效应.病程后期,实行以防治感染、微创外科处理并发症联合中医治疗为核心的"建中"思想,可有效促进胃肠功能恢复.中西医结合策略可整体提升救治SAP的疗效水平.
Abstract
Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the management of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)has unique characteristics and advantages.After half a century of exploration and development,a relatively mature theory and treatment system has been formed.The traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on"Yiqiyangyin,Huoxuehuayu,Qingrejiedu,Tongligongxia"has synergistic effect with Western medicine treatment in alleviating inflammation,relieving pain,preventing and treating severe disease and protecting organ function in the early stage of SAP.In the later stage of the disease,the theory of"building zhong",which focuses on preventing infection,treating complications with minimally invasive surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.The strategy of integrated Chinese and Western medicine can improve the therapeutic effect of SAP.
