Abstract
5G remote robotic surgery is an emerging medical technology and a trend in the future development of surgery.Its potential advantages include narrowing the gap in medical resources,versatile application across various scenarios,remote training and education,as well as enhancing surgical precision and safety.However,it also presents challenges and limitations such as high equipment costs,network latency affecting surgery,network data security and privacy protection,as well as ethical,legal,and moral issues.With the continuous development and implementation of 5G remote robotic surgery,it is expected to significantly improve medical quality and benefit more patients.
