摘要
腹腔镜胃袖状切除术(LSG)由于具有有效、安全与操作便捷等优势已成为全球实施最多的减重代谢外科(MBS)术式,胃食管反流病(GERD)是其术后重要的并发症之一,严重影响病人的生活质量与治疗效果.了解LSG促GERD发生发展的原因与机制,规范LSG手术操作,特别是注重手术细节把握,并对LSG术后发生的GERD给予正确处理对于进一步提高LSG手术效果,改善病人生活质量具有重要的意义.
Abstract
Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy(LSG)has become the most widely performed metabolic and bariatric surgery(MBS)worldwide due to its effectiveness,safety,and ease of operation.Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is the most important postoperative complication,seriously affecting patients'life quality and treatment effectiveness.Understanding the causes and mechanisms underlying how LSG promotes the occurrence and development of GERD,standardizing LSG surgical procedures,paying special attention to surgical details,and providing correct treatment for GERD after LSG surgery have great significance to further improve the effectiveness of LSG surgery and enhance patients'life quality.
