摘要
传统腔镜和机器人辅助背阔肌乳房重建术虽然实现了供区瘢痕小,但存在手术操作难、时间长、并发症发生率高、美容学获益有争议等问题.逆序法联合辅助孔的双腔镜创新技术能够解决上述困境,具有缩短手术时间、简化手术程序、提高手术安全性且视野清晰、美容学效果较好等优点.
Abstract
Conventional endoscopic and robot-assisted latissimus dorsi breast reconstruction can achieve small donor site scar,but there are some problems,such as difficult operation,long operation time,high incidence of complications,and controversial cosmetic.The innovative double-endoscope technology of reverse-sequence method combined with auxiliary hole proposed by our center can solve the above dilemma,which has the advantages of shortening the operation time,simplifying the operation procedure,clearing operation sight,and improving the operation safety and good cosmetic effect.
