摘要
逆序法腔镜腋窝入路的乳腺癌手术具有隐藏瘢痕、缩短手术时间、降低并发症发生率、提高病人术后生活质量等优势.但对于乳房较小的乳腺癌病人,现有术式存在一定的局限性.腔镜患侧假体乳房重建联合对侧隆乳术在切除患侧腺体后可根据病人需求和适应证选择放置假体的大小和层面,同时调整健侧乳房大小,对于乳房体积较小的乳腺癌病人是理想选择.该术式可在治疗乳腺癌的同时,进行乳房外观的矫正,最大限度满足该类病人对肿瘤学安全性和美容学效果的双重需求.
Abstract
Reverse-sequence endoscopic assisted axillary approach for breast cancer surgery has the advantages of hiding scars,shortening operation time,reducing complication rate,and improving postoperative quality of life.However,for breast cancer patients with small breasts,the existing surgery has certain limitations.Endoscopic breast reconstruction with breast prosthesis on the affected side of breast cancer combined with contralateral breast augmentation can select the size and layer of the prosthesis according to the patient's needs and indications after the removal of the affected gland,and adjust the size of the healthy breast,which is an ideal choice for breast cancer patients with small breast volume.This procedure can be used to correct the appearance of breast cancer while treating breast cancer and meet the double needs of oncology safety and cosmetic effect of such patients to the maximum extent.
