采用IDEXX公司阻断ELISA检测试剂盒,时仔猪0、1、4、7、10、14、20、30日龄的猪瘟母源抗体进行检测.结果表明哺乳前仔猪抗体水平为0,第1天抗体水平达到最高,之后缓慢下降.20日龄断乳时抗体水平有明显下降,但平均抗体水平还在2~(5.9)之上,30日龄平均抗体水平为2~(4.3),由此推算仔猪猪瘟母源抗体的半衰期为6.8 d.
Hog cholera maternal antibody in piglets at different ages of 0,1,4,7,10,14,20 and 30 days was detected by Blocking ELISA of IDEXX company.The results showed that the titers of the maternal antibodies in piglets were zero before suckle,arrived the highest level at 1 d age,and then slowly declined.The titers fell sharply at 20 d age of weaning,but the average titers were above 2~(5.9),and were 2~(4.3) at 30 d age.Thus,these results suggested that half-life of hog cholera maternal antibody in piglets is 6.8 d age.
