苏皖地区副猪嗜血杆菌的分离鉴定与三价灭活疫苗的初步研制

摘要
近年来国内养猪场副猪嗜血杆菌病日益严峻,给相关猪场造成严重的损失.本研究主要对江苏省和安徽省部分养猪场的病死猪和健康猪进行副猪嗜血杆菌的分离鉴定,为副猪嗜血杆菌的防治提供流行病学数据.同时,本室初步研制副猪嗜血杆菌血清4型、5型和12型三价灭活疫苗,用BALB/c小鼠对其进行免疫保护力的评价.结果从病死猪中分离到8株副猪嗜血杆菌,其中5型3株、12型2株、14型1株及不可定型2株;从健康猪中分离到26株副猪嗜血杆菌(分离率为7.12%),其中1 2型10株、4型4株、11型3株、5型1株、13型1株及未定型菌株7株.初步研制的副猪嗜血杆菌三价灭活疫苗的免疫保护效果要优于商品灭活疫苗,对副猪嗜血杆菌血清4型、5型及12型具有较好的免疫保护能力.
Abstract
Recently,Haemophilus parasuis has caused immense economic losses in the domestic swine industry with increasing prevalence.In present study,Haemophilus parasuis from either the sick or healthy pigs in Jiangsu and Anhui province were isolated and identified,which could provide evidence for the prevention of diseases caused by Haemophilus parasuis.Meanwhile,trivalent inactivated bacterin of Haemophilus parasuis containing serotype 4,5 and 12 was preliminarily explored and protective immunity was evaluated in BALB/c mice.Total 8 strains of Haemophilus parasuis were isolated from sick pigs.The isolates included 3 strains of serotype 5,2 strains of serotype 12,1 strain of serotype 14 and 2 unserotypeable strains.Total 26 strains of Haemophilus parasuis were isolated from healthy pigs and the isolation rate was 7.12%.The isolates included 4 strains of serotype 4 (15.38%),1 strain of serotype 5 (3.85%),3 strains of serotype 11 (11.54%),10 strains of serotype 12 (38.46%),1 strain of serotype 13 (3.85%) and 7 unserotypeable strains (26.92 %).The immune protective effect of trivalent inactivated bacterin of Haemophilus parasuis preliminary developed in this study was better than the commercial inactivated vaccine.And it has better efficacy against infection of serotype 4,5 and 12.
