摘要
纳米抗体是存在于骆驼科外周血中的一种天然缺失轻链的重链抗体可变区结构域,因其特殊的结构特点具有相对分子质量小、亲和力高、稳定性强、易于可溶性重组表达等优点,近年来在轮状病毒、流感病毒、新型冠状病毒、口蹄疫病毒、小反刍兽疫病毒、狂犬病病毒、金黄色葡萄球菌以及沙门菌等传染性病原体的诊断与治疗中取得了较好的应用效果.现主要介绍纳米抗体的结构与特点、制备与表达技术,在传染病诊断与治疗中的应用研究现状与发展趋势,以及优缺点,为传染病的防控技术提供参考.
Abstract
Nanobody is a kind of natural heavy chain antibody variable domain lacking light chain,which present in the peripheral blood of camelidae.Because of its special structural characteristics,nanobody has the advantages of small molecular weight,high affinity,strong stability,and easy soluble recombinant expression.Nanobody has achieved good application effect in the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases such as rotavirus,influenza virus,SARS-CoV-2,foot-and-mouth disease virus,Peste des petits ruminants virus,rabies,Staphylococcus aureus,and Salmonella in recent years.This article mainly introduces the structure and characteristics,preparation and ex-pression technology of nanoantibody,and the research status and development trend of its applica-tion in the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases,as well as its advantages and disadvanta-ges,which provides reference for the prevention and control technology of infectious diseases.
