摘要

猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,PRRSV)是猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,PRRS)的病原,能够引起猪的繁殖障碍和呼吸系统疾病,目前尚未完全了解其致病机制.近年来,人们对于PRRSV感染后引起的相关信号通路变化进行了深入研究,许多信号通路传导机制不断被阐释,但仍缺乏系统性的探究,通过对PRRSV感染宿主后引起的相关信号通路变化研究做综述总结,以期为PRRSV研究提供新的思路.

Abstract

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)is the pathogen of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS),which can cause reproductive disorders and respir-atory diseases in pigs,has not been fully understood.In recent years,people have conducted in-depth studies on the changes of relevant signal pathways caused by PRRSV infection,and the con-duction mechanism of many signal pathways has been constantly explained,but there is still a lack of systematic research.This paper summarizes the research advances in the relevant signal path-ways caused by PRRSV infection in host to provide new ideas for the research of PRRSV.
