摘要
饲料原料中霉菌毒素主要有黄曲霉毒素(AFs)、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇又称呕吐毒素(DON)和玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)等.霉菌毒素是由霉菌产生的有毒次级代谢产物,霉菌毒素广泛存在于饲料原料生长、加工和储存的全过程.霉菌毒素导致动物生长效率低下,同时动物产品中富集的霉菌毒素危害人类健康.现从饲料原料中霉菌毒素污染状况、霉菌毒素的危害及霉菌毒素的检测与消减方法进行综述,为研发霉菌毒素的解毒剂提供理论依据.
Abstract
Mycotoxins in feedstuff mainly include aflatoxins(AFs),deoxynivalenol,also known as vomitoxin(DON)and zearalenone(ZEN).Mycotoxins are toxic secondary metabolites produced by molds,and mycotoxins are widely present throughout the growth,processing and storage of feedstuff.Mycotoxins lead to inefficient animal growth,while the enrichment of mycotoxins in ani-mal products is hazardous to human health.This paper describes the status of mycotoxin contami-nation in feedstuff,the hazards of mycotoxins and the methods of mycotoxin detection and mitiga-tion to provide a theoretical basis for the development of mycotoxin antidotes.
