摘要
无乳链球菌(Streptococcus agalactiae,S.agalactiae)属链球菌革兰阳性B群(GBS),是一种重要的人畜共患病病原菌,可引起孕妇生殖道感染以及新生儿败血症、肺炎和脑膜炎,同时,也是奶牛隐性乳房炎和鱼类感染的首要致病菌.S.agalactiae的致病性主要取决于其多种毒力因子.近年来,随着抗菌药物的滥用,S.agalactiae耐药性及多重耐药逐渐增强.二元信号转导系统(two-component signal transduction system,TCS)是病原菌感知和响应细胞外信号的主要机制,在细菌的生长代谢、毒力调控、抗菌药物耐药、生物膜形成及对内皮细胞的黏附侵袭等多个方面发挥调控作用.细菌毒力与耐药受复杂的二元信号转导系统调控.因此,通过对TCS系统在S.agalactiae毒力和耐药中的作用及其机制的研究进展进行综述,介绍S.agalactiae主要毒力因子的种类及功能、S.agalactiae耐药机制,重点阐述TCS对毒力基因的调控作用及致病机制,并分析了 TCS与S.agalactiae耐药性产生的关系,以期为了解S.agalactiae致病机理、耐药产生及调控机制提供参考.
Abstract
Streptococcus agalactiae(S.agalactiae),a Gram-positive group B(GBS)of Streptococ-cus,is an important zoonotic pathogen that can cause genital tract infection of pregnant women,neonatal septicemia,pneumonia and meningitis,and is also the primary pathogen of cow recessive mastitis and fish infection.The pathogenicity of S.agalactiae mainly depends on its multiple viru-lence factors.In recent years,with the abuse of antibacterial drugs,the drug resistance and multiple drug resistance of S.agalactiae have gradually increased.Two-component signal transduction sys-tem(TCS)is the main mechanism for pathogens to perceive and respond to extracellular signals,and plays a regulatory role in many aspects such as bacterial growth and metabolism,virulence regulation,antimicrobial resistance,biofilm formation,adhesion and invasion to endothelial cells.Bacterial virulence and drug resistance are regulated by complex two-component signal transduc-tion system.Therefore,this article reviews the role and mechanism of two-component signal trans-duction system in the virulence and drug resistance of S.agalactiae,introduces the types and func-tions of the main virulence factors of S.agalactiae,and the mechanism of drug resistance of S.agalactiae,focuses on the regulatory role of TCS on virulence genes and the pathogenesis,and analyzes the relationship between TCS and drug resistance of S.agalactiae.
