微(纳米)塑料单独及联合重金属暴露所致动物毒性研究进展

摘要
近年来,随着人口的增长和城市化的推进,人们对塑料产品的需求和使用量持续增加.废弃塑料分解过程可以产生粒径大小不一的微塑料(microplastics,MPs)并进一步 分解为纳米塑料(nanoplastics,NPs).由于难以彻底降解,MPs/NPs污染已成为威胁环境的重要因素之一.MPs/NPs具有较强的吸附能力,容易与其他环境污染物结合并富集于动物体内.重金属是广泛存在且长期滞留的环境污染物,MPs/NPs与重金属吸附结合后,通过食物链影响人类和动物的健康.通过对MPs/NPs的污染现状、暴露途径和动物毒性的综述,讨论MPs/NPs与重金属联合暴露导致的毒性作用,以期对MPs/NPs的动物毒性机制与解毒机制研究提供思路.
Abstract
In recent years,the demand and use of plastic products have continued to increase with population growth and urbanisation.The decomposition process of waste plastics produces micro-plastics(MPs)with different particle sizes and further decompose into nanoplastics(NPs).Due to the difficulty of complete degradation,the pollution of MPs/NPs has become one of the most im-portant factors threatening the environment.MPs/NPs have a strong adsorption capacity and readi-ly bind to other environmental pollutants and are enriched in animals.Heavy metals are widely present and long-term retained environmental pollutants.MPs/NPs adsorb and combine with heavy metals,affecting human and animal health via the food chain.Referring to the literature in recent years,this review firstly discusses the current pollution status,exposure pathways and animal tox-icity of MPs/NPs,and then discusses the toxic effects caused by the combined exposure of MPs/NPs and heavy metals,with a view to providing ideas for future studies on the animal toxicity mechanism and detoxification mechanism of MPs/NPs.
