摘要

日粮纤维包括可溶性纤维和不可溶性纤维,是猪饲粮中的重要组成部分,与猪的肠道健康密切相关.不同纤维类型由于化学组成和物理特性的不同,其发酵模式存在很大差异,这些发酵特性影响了肠道中营养物质代谢和肠道微生态环境.因此,对不同日粮纤维类型的来源和在猪肠道内的发酵特性进行重点综述,总结不同纤维类型对糖类、脂肪、蛋白质的代谢调节及其对猪肠道健康的调控作用,可为提高日粮纤维的利用效率及猪的肠道健康提供参考.

Abstract

The dietary fiber,including soluble and insoluble fiber types,is an important component in pig diets and closely related to the intestinal health of pigs.Different fiber types show significant differences in their fermentation patterns due to differences in their chemical composition and physical characteristics,which affects nutrient metabolism and intestinal microecological environ-ment.Therefore,this review focuses on the sources of different dietary fiber types and their fer-mentation characteristics in the pig intestine.It summarizes the metabolic regulation of carbohy-drates,fats,and proteins by different fiber types and their regulatory effects on pig intestinal health,to provide a reference for improving the utilization rate of dietary fiber and promoting pig intestinal health.
