摘要
目的：探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片(黛力新)联合马来酸曲美布汀对功能性胃肠病的治疗效果。方法128例功能性胃肠病患者,均给予黛力新早上、中午饭后各1片,同时三餐前给予马来酸曲美布汀1片,疗程4周,观察治疗效果。结果128例患者中113例显效,12例有效,2例无效,1例中途停药,总有效率97.7%。结论黛力新联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗功能性胃肠病效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of flupentixol and melitracen tablets (deanxit) combined with trimebutine maleate in the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorder.Methods A total of 128 patients with functional gastrointestinal disorder received one deanxit tablet twice a day after breakfast and lunch, and one trimebutine maleate tablets three times a day before every meal. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks, and the curative effects were observed. Results Among the 128 cases, there were 113 cases with excellent effect, 12 effective cases, 2 ineffective cases, and 1 case with terminated treatment. The total effective rate was 97.7%. Conclusion Deanxit combined with trimebutine maleate has a precise effect in the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorder, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
