Observation on the application of Doula analgesic delivery combined with birthing ball midwifery in primipara
Objective To observe the effect of Doula analgesic delivery combined with birthing ball midwifery in primipara. Methods 100 cases of primiparas were divided into an experimental group and a control group by systematic sampling, with 50 cases in each group. The control group applied conventional midwifery measures, while the experimental group applied Doula analgesic delivery combined with birthing ball midwifery. The clinical indicators(duration of labor, opening speed of uterine orifice,2 h postpartum blood loss)and delivery modes were compared between the two groups. Results In the experimental group, the duration of labor was(9.24±1.02)h,the opening speed of uterine orifice was(2.19±0.26)cm/h,and the 2 h postpartum blood loss was(200.03±33.15)ml;in the control group, the duration of labor was(10.15±1.76)h,the opening speed of uterine orifice was(2.05±0.21)cm/h,and the 2 h postpartum blood loss was(220.26±37.24)ml.The duration of labor in the experimental group was shorter than the control group, the opening speed of uterine orifice was faster than the control group, and the 2 h postpartum blood loss was less than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate in the experimental group(96.00%)was higher than that in the control group(74.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Doula analgesic delivery combined with birthing ball midwifery shows good effect in delivery of primiparas, which can accelerate the opening speed of the uterine orifice, shorten the duration of labor, reduce postpartum blood loss and improve the delivery mode, and is more superior than conventional assisted delivery measures. It is worthy of being promoted to clinical application.
