Study on effect of percutaneous minimally invasive surgery combined with Bunnell suture in the treatment of fresh closed Achilles tendon rupture
Objective To study the effect of percutaneous minimally invasive surgery combined with Bunnell suture in the treatment of fresh closed Achilles tendon rupture. Methods 48 patients with fresh closed Achilles tendon rupture were divided into a control group(22 cases)and an experimental group(26 cases)according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with traditional open surgery + Bunnell suture, and the experimental group was treated with percutaneous minimally invasive surgery + Bunnell suture. The therapeutic effect, surgical related indicators and postoperative adverse event of the two groups were compared. Results The rate of excellent and good treatment in the experimental group was 92.31%,which was higher than that of 68.18%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of(32.32±2.12)ml in the experimental group was less than that of(56.04±3.76)ml in the control group;the incision length of(2.24±0.54)cm and operative time of(31.23±1.43)min in the experimental group were shorter than those of(12.32±2.21)cm and(62.43±2.15)min in the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse events in the experimental group was 3.85%,which was lower than that of 31.82%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of percutaneous minimally invasive surgery combined with Bunnell suture can achieve good effect for the treatment of fresh closed Achilles tendon rupture, which can effectively improve the intraoperative indicators, reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse events. It is worthy of popularization and application.
