Clinical efficacy of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection in the treatment of infection in obstetrics and gynecology
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in the treatment of infectious diseases in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods 82 patients with infection in obstetrics and gynecology were divided into a study group and a reference group by systematic sampling method, with 41 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with ceftazidime, and the study group was treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection. The clinical efficacy, pathogen clearance rate, adverse drug reactions and treatment satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of 95.12%in the study group was significantly higher than that of 78.05%in the reference group, and the difference was significant between the two groups(χ2=5.145,P=0.023<0.05).The study group 89.47%had a higher pathogen clearance rate than the reference group 77.03%,and the difference was significant between the two groups(χ2=4.182,P=0.041<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.88%,which was lower than the reference group 19.51%,and the difference was significant between the two groups(χ2=4.100,P=0.043<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the study group was 95.12%,which was significantly higher than that of 78.05%of the reference group, and the difference was significant between the two groups(χ2=5.145,P=0.023<0.05).Conclusion The application of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium with infection in obstetrics and gynecology can further improve the treatment effect, effectively remove bacteria, ensure the quality of treatment, and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions, which has high practical value.
