Analysis of clinical irrational drug use in Chinese herbal piece prescription
Objective To analyze the clinical irrational application of traditional Chinese medicine prescription and conduct a traditional Chinese medicine prescription comments in order to explore the impact of traditional Chinese medicine prescription comments on the rationality of the use of Chinese herbal pieces.Methods 650 prescriptions before traditional Chinese medicine prescription comments(January-December 2019)were used as the control group,and 710 prescriptions after traditional Chinese medicine prescription comments(January-December 2020)were used as the study group.The control group did not carry out traditional Chinese medicine prescription comments,and the study group carried out traditional Chinese medicine prescription comments.The occurrence of irrational prescriptions and doctor-patient disputes were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rates of irregular prescription,inappropriate prescription and overprescribing in the study group were 21.97%,30.42%and 0.99%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of 73.69%,69.08%and 5.08%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of doctor-patient disputes in the study group was 1.27%(9/710),which was lower than that of 6.77%(44/650)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many irrational drug use cases in the clinical application of Chinese herbal pieces.Traditional Chinese medicine prescription comments can effectively promote the rational application level of Chinese herbal pieces,monitor the drug quality of Chinese herbal pieces,strengthen the supervision of Chinese herbal pieces,so as to ensure the safety of patients'drug use and improve the doctor-patient relationship.
