Application of dexmedetomidine in anesthesia for cardiovascular surgery
Dexmedetomidine is an α2 adrenergic receptor agonist with high selectivity and significant sedative and analgesic effects. In recent years, dexmedetomidine has been used in clinical anesthesia with increasing frequency and scope, which promotes the continuous improvement of clinical anesthesia quality. The incidence of cardiovascular diseases has been on the rise in recent years, and the implementation rate of cardiovascular surgery has naturally increased.Such surgery is characterized by high trauma, difficulty and risk, and the quality of anesthesia has a direct impact on surgical safety and postoperative recovery effect of patients.Relevant studies have found that dexmedetomidine not only has significant sedative and analgesic effects,at the same time,it can improve the hemodynamic stability, inflammatory level, myocardial function, arrhythmia, and incidence of myocardial infarction,so as to ensure the safety of patients, avoid other adverse symptoms, and promote the effect of surgical treatment. This paper will conduct a study based on this, and analyze the characteristics, mechanism of action and specific application of dexmedetomidine in cardiovascular surgery at different ages,so as to maximize the role of dexmedetomidine in cardiovascular surgery.
