Analysis of the curative effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy under controlled negative pressure suction in the treatment of renal calculi complicated with urinary tract infection
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy under controlled negative pressure suction in the treatment of renal calculi complicated with urinary tract infection. Methods 80 patients with renal calculi and urinary tract infection were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 40 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with normal pressure ureteroscopic lithotripsy, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy under controlled negative pressure suction. The postoperative hospital stay, postoperative hematuria time, operative time, stone clearance rate and postoperative infection were compared between the two groups. Results The hospital stay, postoperative hematuria time and operative time in the experimental group were(2.55±1.45)d,(1.13±0.56)d and(42.30±4.24)min,which were shorter than those of(4.00±2.35)d,(2.20±0.65)d and(63.03±6.33)min in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative infections in the experimental group was 12.5%(5/40),which was lower than that of 40.0%(16/40)in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative stone clearance rate of 97.5%(39/40)of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of 82.5%(33/40)in the control group(P<0.05),and the postoperative residual stone rate was lower. Conclusion In the treatment of renal calculi complicated with urinary tract infection, ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy under controllable negative pressure suction can effectively shorten the hospital stay and operative time, improve the stone clearance rate after operation, reduce the incidence of postoperative fever, and is safe and effective.
