Study on emergency treatment and clinical diagnosis and treatment of venomous snake bite
Objective To analyze the emergency treatment measures and clinical diagnosis and treatment effect after venomous snake bite. Methods 80 cases of patients bitten by poisonous snakes were screened as the subjects of this study, and they were divided into the reference group and the study group according to lottery method, with 40 cases in each group. The reference group adopted conventional emergency treatment, and the research group applied vacuum aspiration based on the reference group.Treatment effect, pain, swelling and overall satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of 90.00%in the study group was higher than that of 72.50%in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in pain scores between the two groups after 0.5 h of treatment(P>0.05).After 1-3 d of treatment, the pain scores in the study group were(4.33±0.92),(3.58±0.52)and(2.13±0.38)points,which were lower than those of(5.21±0.84),(4.37±0.67)and(4.00±0.45)points in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in swelling score between the two groups after 0.5 h of treatment(P>0.05).After 1-3 d of treatment, the swelling scores were(1.15±0.33),(0.95±0.17)and(0.69±0.15)points in the study group, which were lower than those of(1.76±0.24),(1.24±0.22)and(0.93±0.13)points in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of patients in the study group was 90.00%,which was higher than that of 67.50%in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Venomous snake bites need timely emergency treatment,on this basis with negative pressure suction treatment can improve the patient's pain and swelling, which is conducive to further improving the treatment effect, and the patient satisfaction is more satisfactory.
