女性生殖不孕症诊治中检测血清性腺激素的价值分析

目的 探究女性生殖不孕症诊治中检测血清性腺激素的价值.方法 选取 35 例女性生殖不孕症患者为观察组,35 例正常育龄期女性为对照组.两组均采用化学发光免疫法对血清性腺激素[雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、催乳素(PRL)、孕酮(PROG)、睾酮(TES)]进行检测.对比两组血清性腺激素水平.结果 观察组的PRL(679.00±60.83)mIU/L、FSH(38.84±3.16)IU/L、TES(2.70±0.62)nmol/L以及LH(51.05±3.34)IU/L高于对照组的(190.70±59.83)mIU/L、(7.12±2.98)IU/L、(1.05±0.37)nmol/L、(8.95±3.50)IU/L,E2(29.81±5.22)pmol/L以及PROG(0.15±0.10)nmol/L低于对照组的(396.50±39.85)pmol/L、(1.51±0.50)nmol/L(P<0.05).结论 通过检测女性血清性腺激素可有效诊治女性生殖不孕症,且准确率较高,值得推广与应用.
Analysis of the value of detecting serum gonadotropin in the diagnosis and treatment of female reproductive infertility
Objective To investigate the value of serum gonadotropins in the diagnosis and treatment of female reproductive infertility.Methods 35 female reproductive infertility patients were selected as the observation group,and 35 women of normal reproductive age as the control group.The serum gonadotropins[estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),prolactin(PRL),progesterone(PROG),testosterone(TES)]in both groups were measured by chemiluminescence immunoassay and the final test results of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had PRL of(679.00±60.83)mIU/L,FSH of(38.84±3.16)IU/L,TES of(2.70±0.62)nmol/L and LH of(51.05±3.34)IU/L,which were higher than those of(190.70±59.83)mIU/L and(7.12±2.98)IU/L,(1.05±0.37)nmol/L and(8.95±3.50)IU/L in the control group;and E2 of(29.81±5.22)pmol/L and PROG of(0.15±0.10)nmol/L in the observation group were lower than those of(396.50±39.85)pmol/L and(1.51±0.50)nmol/L in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of female serum gonadotropins can effectively diagnose and treat female reproductive infertility,and the accuracy rate is high,which is worthy of promotion and application.
