Analysis of clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery combined with leuprolide and estradiol valerate in the treatment of endometriosis
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery combined with leuprorelin and estradiol valerate in the treatment of endometriosis(EMT).Methods 114 patients with EMT were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the digital random table method,with 57 cases in each group.The control group was given laparoscopic surgery,and the observation group was given leuprorelin and estradiol valerate on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,Kupperman score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,adverse reactions,recurrence,sex hormone[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2)],vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125).Results The total effective rate of the observation group(93.0％)was higher than the control group(80.7％),and the difference was significant(χ2=4.653,P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score in the observation group was(2.94±0.73)points,which was lower than that of(3.41±0.82)points in the control group,and the difference was significant(t=2.437,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH,FSH and E2 in the observation group were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment and control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05),while there was no difference in LH and FSH,E2 in the control group compared with those before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,VEGF and CA125 levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment;VEGF of(173.09±10.67)ng/L and CA125 of(32.68±8.47)U/ml in the observation group were significantly decreased compared with those of(216.58±14.82)ng/L and(43.82±10.94)U/ml in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in adverse reaction between the two groups(χ2=0.538,P>0.05).In the observation group,3 cases recurred,accounting for 5.3％;in the control group,8 cases recurred,accounting for 14.0％.There was no difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(χ2=2.515,P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with single laparoscopic surgery,laparoscopic surgery+leuprorelin+estradiol valerate is more effective and can be used for EMT treatment.
