Effect analysis of Qizhu Jianpi Humo Decoction on clinical symptom score and incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of patients with gastric ulcer
Objective To explore the effect of Qizhu Jianpi Humo Decoction on patients with gastric ulcer and its influence on clinical symptom score and incidence of adverse reactions.Methods 84 patients with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Qizhu Jianpi Humo Decoction.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24％significantly higher than 78.57％of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,nausea,belching and burning in both groups were lower than those before treatment;and the scores of abdominal pain,nausea,belching and burning in the observation group were(0.66±0.11),(0.62±0.09),(0.74±0.16)and(0.80±0.27)points,which were lower than those of(1.17±0.13),(1.03±0.12),(1.12±0.18)and(1.13±0.20)points in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ2=0.213,P=0.645>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of gastric ulcer patients with Qizhu Jianpi Humo Decoction can obtain good results,can significantly alleviate various clinical symptoms,and has less adverse reactions.It has high clinical application value.
