Study on the application effect of operating room measures based on compound heat preservation intervention in cesarean section parturients
Objective To explore the application effect of operating room measures based on compound heat preservation intervention in cesarean section parturients. Methods 100 cases of cesarean section parturients were taken as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine heat preservation intervention, and the experimental group received compound heat preservation intervention. The tympanic membrane temperature at different times, occurrence of hypothermia and chills, thermal comfort score and blood coagulation indicators[prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(FIB)]were compared between the two groups. Results At the time of anesthesia(T1)to the end of surgery(T7),the tympanic membrane temperature of the experimental group were(37.26±0.36),(37.24±0.53),(37.45±0.35),(36.89±0.26),(36.79±0.33),(36.52±0.32),(36.89±0.31)℃,which were higher than(37.12±0.23),(37.02±0.31),(36.24±0.44),(36.41±0.46),(36.12±0.34),(36.29±0.47),(36.42±0.53)℃of the control group(P<0.05).The thermal comfort score, incidence of hypothermia and chills in the experimental group were(54.69±7.85)points,2%and 4%,which were lower than(61.35±6.89)points,24%and 26%in the control group(P<0.05).After surgery, the PT,APTT,TT in the control group were higher than those before surgery, and FIB was lower than that before surgery(P<0.05).The PT of(9.16±0.80)s,APTT of(31.26±2.68)s and TT of(12.23±1.39)s in the experimental group were lower than(10.56±0.96),(34.18±2.47)and(15.47±1.34)s in the control group, and the FIB of(3.68±0.56)g/L was higher than(3.14±0.36)g/L in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of compound heat preservation intervention in the operating room has an active therapeutic effect on cesarean section parturients, which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
