Clinical observation of warming acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of warming acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy. Methods 86 patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given no intervention after operation, and the observation group was given warm acupuncture combined rehabilitation training after operation. The postoperative urination effect and duration of urinary incontinence were compared between the two groups. Results In the control group,31 cases were significantly effective,6 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 86.05%.In the observation group,40 cases were significantly effective,2 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective, and the total effective rate was 97.67%.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group(χ2=3.888,P=0.049<0.05).The duration of urinary incontinence was(1.46±0.11)months in the observation group and(3.08±0.62)months in the control group. The duration of urinary incontinence in the control group was significantly longer than that in the observation group(t=16.870,P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion For patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy, early warm acupuncture combined with bladder function training, motor function and pelvic floor muscle function training can shorten the duration of urinary incontinence, improve the treatment effect of prostate cancer, and accelerate the recovery of prostatic cancer patients after surgery, which has significant clinical effects and is worthy of vigorous promotion.
