Effect analysis of standardized rehabilitation training on VAS score and JOA score of patients with cervical spondylosis
Objective To explore the influence of standardized rehabilitation training on visual analogue scale(VAS)score and Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods 74 patients with cervical spondylosis were divided into a control group and a study group according to random numerical table, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional medicine for treatment, and the study group was given standardized rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Comparison was made on VAS score,JOA score, blood flow velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery, clinical efficacy, treatment satisfaction and adverse reaction rate between the two groups. Results After treatment,VAS score of(5.21±1.56)points in the study group was lower than that of(6.28±1.73)points in the control group, and JOA score of(25.11±1.71)points was higher than that of(23.36±2.79)points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 94.59%in the study group was higher than that of 78.38%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.163,P=0.041<0.05).After treatment, the blood flow velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery were(38.45±3.17)and(33.88±3.47)cm/s in the study group, which were higher than those of(34.22±3.08)and(30.73±3.26)cm/s in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.821,4.024;P=0.000,0.000<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of 97.30%(36/37)in the study group was higher than that of 83.78%(31/37)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.945,P=0.047<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment. Conclusion The application of standardized rehabilitation training in the treatment of cervical spondylosis has prominent effect, safety and reliability, and can improve the cervical function of patients, reduce pain and has definite effect, which is of great value for promotion.
