Effect analysis of high ligation and stripping of the great saphenous vein combined with laparoscopic perforating branch disconnection in the treatment of venous ulcers of the lower extremities
Objective To explore the clinical effects of laparoscopic perforating branch disconnection combined with high ligation and stripping of the great saphenous vein in patients with lower limb venous ulcers. Methods 100 patients with venous ulcers of the lower extremities were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with laparoscopic perforating branch disconnection combined with high ligation and stripping of the great saphenous vein, and the control group was treated with conventional high ligation and stripping of the great saphenous vein. The surgical related conditions, quality of life score, clinical efficacy, postoperative complications and patient satisfaction with treatment methods were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time of(5.10±2.54)d and postoperative recovery time of(13.35±2.47)d in the observation group were shorter than(8.12±6.23)and(61.02±5.26)d in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The social, physical, environmental, and psychological scores of the observation group were(27.55±5.18),(25.36±5.41),(24.67±5.43)and(24.14±5.47)points,which were significantly higher than(18.20±4.26),(17.25±4.11),(17.28±4.14)and(17.26±4.91)points of the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment was 98.00%in the observation group, which was higher than 76.00%in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 2.00%,which was significantly lower than 14.00%in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with treatment methods was 98.00%in the observation group, which was higher than 80.00%in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Using laparoscopic perforating branch disconnection combined with high ligation and stripping of the great saphenous vein for patients with venous ulcers of the lower extremities is of great significance in improving their clinical efficacy and quality of life.It can also reduce the time required for disease treatment,as well as the incidence of postoperative complications, enhance patients'satisfaction with surgical treatment methods, which is worthy of promotion.
