Analysis of the clinical diagnostic value of blood lipid test and blood routine test in patients with fatty liver
Objective To explore the clinical value of blood lipid test and blood routine test in patients with fatty liver. Methods 30 patients with fatty liver were selected as the observation group, and another 30 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group.Blood lipid test and blood routine test were performed in both groups, and the levels of blood routine index and blood lipid index were compared between the two groups. Results The red blood cell count of the observation group was(5.24±1.26)×1012/L,the platelet distribution width was(13.46±1.24)%,the white blood cell count was(9.37±0.46)×109/L,the hemoglobin was(154.26±10.15)g/L and the red blood cell distribution width was(12.97±0.24)%,which were higher than(4.24±1.07)×1012/L,(11.24±1.59)%,(6.60±0.48)×109/L,(142.39±10.30)g/L and(11.27±0.13)%of the control group;the mean erythrocyte volume of the observation group was(9.24±1.07)fl,the mean platelet volume was(10.38±0.46)fl,the procalcitonin was(0.20±0.04)ng/ml,and the platelet count was(205.46±1.24)×109/L,which were all lower than(12.57±1.23)fl and(13.60±0.48)fl,(0.27±0.07)ng/ml and(218.96±1.59)×109/L of the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The low density lipoprotein cholesterol of the observation group was(3.37±0.46)mmol/L,the triglyceride was(2.46±0.37)mmol/L and the total cholesterol was(6.24±1.07)mmol/L,which were higher than(2.13±0.48),(1.19±0.26)and(4.57±1.23)mmol/L of the control group;the high density lipoprotein cholesterol of(1.16±0.24)mmol/L was lower than(1.90±0.35)mmol/L of the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are significant differences in the blood lipid test results and blood routine test results between healthy subjects and patients with fatty liver disease.Fatty liver disease can be diagnosed through changes in blood lipid index and blood routine index levels, and then provide a good reference for clinical treatment, improve the prognosis of patients, and promote the rehabilitation of patients,so it is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.
