Analysis of the effect of ligustrazine combined with Xueshuantong in the treatment of ischemic stroke
Objective To analyze the therapeutic value of ligustrazine combined with Xueshuantong in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods 76 patients with ischemic stroke were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,each with 38 cases.The control group was treated with ligustrazine,and the observation group was treated with ligustrazine and Xueshuantong.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,hemorheology index[fibrinogen(Fib),plasma viscosity(PV)and platelet aggregation rate(PAG)],Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index before and after treatment.Results After treatment,NIHSS score in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and NIHSS score of(8.13±1.06)points in the observation group was lower than(12.25±1.43)points in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 97.37%in the observation group,which was higher than 84.21%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had Fib of(2.15±0.50)g/L,PV of(1.16±0.26)mPa·s and PAG of(35.26±10.07)%,which were lower than(3.13±0.59)g/L,(1.32±0.29)mPa·s and(46.39±11.19)%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Fugl-Meyer score of(73.69±6.17)points and Barthel index(69.97±5.58)points in the observation group were higher than(62.37±5.19)and(58.76±6.72)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ligustrazine and Xueshuantong in the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke is helpful to better restore the neurological function of patients,improve the self-care ability and motor function,and help to improve the hemorheology index and the overall curative effect.
