Comparative study of compound Huangbai liquid coating and Kangfuxin liquid in promoting wound recovery of perianal abscess surgery
Objective To explore the effect of compound Huangbai liquid coating and Kangfuxin liquid in promoting wound recovery of perianal abscess surgery.Methods A total of 200 patients with perianal abscess were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each with 100 cases.Both groups underwent low-level incision and high-level thread-drawing surgery.Patients in the control group were treated with Kangfuxin liquid after surgery,while those in the observation group were treated with compound Huangbai liquid coating.The clinical efficacy,various recovery indicators(duration of pain relief,edema relief,slough off of carrion and wound healing),and the occurrence of perianal eczema,scores of postoperative perianal edema and pain were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 97.00%,which was significantly higher than 78.00%of the control group(P<0.05).On days 3,7,and 14 after surgery,the observation group's perianal edema scores were(1.61±0.37),(1.04±0.29)and(0.62±0.15)points,which were lower than(2.09±0.40),(1.76±0.34)and(1.13±0.21)points in the control group;visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were(3.04±1.02),(2.07±0.78)and(1.56±0.62)points,which were lower than(4.91±1.15),(3.46±0.95)and(2.43±0.87)points in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of pain relief,edema relief,slough off of carrion and wound healing in the observation group were(5.72±1.46),(4.23±1.37),(4.42±0.86)and(23.45±5.26)d,which were shorter than(7.84±1.65),(6.47±1.52),(6.78±1.17)and(31.38±6.04)d in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of perianal eczema in the observation group was 2.00%,which significantly lower than 16.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of compound Huangbai liquid coating has good effect wound recovery after perianal abscess surgery,which can speed up the resolution of perianal edema and pain,promote incision healing,reduce the incidence of perianal eczema,and has positive clinical significance.
