Clinical study on the treatment of bacterial vaginitis with compound metronidazole suppositories
Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of compound metronidazole suppositories in the treatment of patients with bacterial vaginitis and its influence on its safety,severity of daytime itching,vaginal cleanliness and recurrence,so as to provide evidence for clinical treatment.Methods 240 patients with bacterial vaginitis were divided into experimental group,control group Ⅰ and control group Ⅱ according to random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with compound metronidazole suppositories,the control group Ⅰ was treated with metronidazole vaginal suppository,and the control group Ⅱwas treated with metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablet.The clinical efficacy,daytime itching score,vaginal cleanliness,recurrence,occurrence of adverse reactions and compliance of the three groups were compared.Results The negative conversion rate and total effective rate of the experimental group were 82.50%and 95.00%,the negative conversion rate and total effective rate of the control group Ⅰ were 65.00%and 71.25%,and the negative conversion rate and total effective rate of the control group Ⅱ were 71.25%and 82.50%,respectively.The negative conversion rate and total effective rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group Ⅰ and the control group Ⅱ,and there was a statistical difference among the three groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the daytime itching score in the experimental group was(0.08±0.01)points,the daytime itching score in the control group Ⅰ was(1.33±0.48)points,and the daytime itching score in the control group Ⅱ was(0.82±0.34)points,and there was a statistical difference among the three groups(P<0.05).The proportion of Ⅰand Ⅱ degree of vaginal cleanliness in the experimental group was 93.75%,the proportion of Ⅰ and Ⅱ degree of vaginal cleanliness in control group Ⅰ was 60.00%,and the proportion of Ⅰ and Ⅱ degree of vaginal cleanliness in the control group Ⅱ was 68.75%,and there was statistical difference among the three groups(P<0.05).The recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate of the experimental group were 5.00%and 5.00%,the recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate of the control group Ⅰ were 21.25%and 18.75%,and the recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate of the control group Ⅱ were 13.75%and 16.25%,respectively.Compared with the control group Ⅰand the control group Ⅱ,the recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate of the experimental group were lower,and there was statistical difference among the three groups(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate was 97.50%in the experimental group,65.00%in the control group Ⅰ and 78.75%in the control group Ⅱ,and there were statistical differences among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of compound metronidazole suppositories is better than metronidazole vaginal suppository and metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablet in patients with bacterial vaginitis,which can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of the disease with high safety,and has high application value.
