Effects of laser combined with interferon on vaginal microecology, inflammatory factors and prognosis in patients with vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia
Objective To analyze the effects of laser combined with interferon on vaginal microecology, inflammatory factors and prognosis in patients with vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia(VAIN).Methods 60 VAIN patients were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with carbon dioxide(CO2)laser,and the study group was treated with CO2 laser combined with interferon. Both groups were compared in terms of clinical therapeutic effect, occurrence of complications, inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-10(IL-10),Toll-like receptor 2(TLR2)]before and after treatment, positive expression of Survivin and(Ki-67).Results The total effective rate of 96.67%in the study group was higher than 73.33%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the study group had TNF-α of(9.66±0.43)ng/L,IL-10 of(8.83±0.54)ng/L and TLR2 of(6.31±0.29)ng/L,which were lower than(12.09±0.78),(10.79±1.36)and(7.95±0.46)ng/L in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the Survivin positive expression rate in the study group was(24.45±2.97)%and Ki-67 positive expression rate was(20.71±2.49)%,which were lower than(36.21±3.96)and(40.58±3.83)%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 6.67%(2/30),and there was no statistically significant compared with 10.00%(3/30)in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion In VAIN patients, laser combined with interferon therapy has better clinical effect, which can effectively improve inflammatory factor indicators, the expression of Survivin and Ki-67,and reduce the occurrence of complications in patients, which is worthy of promotion and application.
