Study on application effect of sufentanil and dexmedetomidine in postoperative analgesia
Objective To exolore the effect of sufentanil and dexmedetomidine in postoperative analgesia. Methods 98 patients with general anesthesia were divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 49 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were anesthetized with sufentanil before surgery, patients in the control group received sufentanil for postoperative analgesia, and patients in the experimental group received sufentanil + dexmedetomidine for postoperative analgesia. The relevant time indexes(tracheal extraction time, time to recovery of spontaneous breathing, awake time),postoperative pain score and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The tracheal extraction time, time to recovery of spontaneous breathing and awake time of patients in the experimental group were(9.53±3.57),(10.21±3.86)and(31.57±5.82)min,which were shorter than(14.67±4.62),(13.86±4.21)and(49.46±6.34)min in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores of the experimental group were(5.26±1.34),(2.43±0.62)and(1.37±0.52)points at 2,12 and 24 h after surgery, which were lower than(6.43±1.57),(3.85±0.97)and(2.72±0.75)points of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was 6.12%(3/49),which was significantly lower than 20.41%(10/49)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of sufentanil and dexmedetomidine in postoperative analgesia is significant, which can not only help patients improve relevant clinical indicators, but also play an important role in reducing pain intensity and complication rate, which is worthy of great reference and promotion.
