Objective To analyze the anaesthesia effect of remimazolam in painless gastroscope. Methods 82 patients who received painless gastroscopy were divided into a reference group and a study group based on the computer lottery method, with 41 cases in each group. The reference group received propofol for anesthesia induction, and the study group received remimazolam for anesthesia induction. The excellent and good rate of anesthesia, anesthesia situation, hemodynamic indicators[mean arterial pressure(MAP),respiratory rate(RR),heart rate(HR)],and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of anesthesia was 95.12%in the study group, which was significantly higher than 80.49%in the reference group(P<0.05).The cognitive function score of(27.62±0.54)points in the study group was higher than(24.32±1.41)points in the reference group;in the study group, the anesthesia induction time was(33.45±4.17)s,the recovery time was(4.95±1.13)min and the orientation recovery time was(8.62±1.37)min,which were all shorter than(41.72±4.69)s,(6.24±1.35)min and(10.47±1.02)min in the reference group(P<0.05).After administration, the study group had MAP of(65.52±6.35)mm Hg(1 mm Hg= 0.133 kPa),RR of(16.08±1.51)times/min,HR of(65.87±3.04)beats/min,which were higher than(61.47±6.03)mm Hg,(14.82±1.16)times/min and(63.14±3.02)beats/min in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 9.76%in the study group, which was significantly lower than 31.71%in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Remimazolam can achieve good anesthetic effect in patients undergoing painless gastroscopy with little influence on hemodynamics, shorten the induction of anesthesia and recovery time of patients, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which has high reference value.
