A comparative study of laparoscopic hysterectomy and transabdominal hysterectomy in the treatment of hysteromyoma
Objective To investigate the efficacy of laparoscopic hysterectomy and transabdominal hysterectomy in the treatment of hysteromyoma. Methods 80 patients with hysteromyoma were divided into laparotomy group and laparoscopy group by random number table, with 40 cases in each group. The laparotomy group was treated with transabdominal hysterectomy, and the laparoscopy group was treated with laparoscopic hysterectomy. The therapeutic effect, surgical related indicators and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of 95.00%of hysteromyoma patients in laparoscopy group was significantly higher than 70.00%in laparotomy group(P<0.05).Compared with the laparotomy group, the intraoperative bleeding volume of(60.25±5.23)ml of hysteromyoma patients in the laparoscopy group was significantly lower than(160.19±3.11)ml in the laparotomy group;the laparoscopy group had operative time of(90.25±2.25)min,postoperative clearing time of(5.22±1.36)d,hospital stay of(7.65±0.28)d,postoperative anal exhaust time of(30.25±2.25)h,which were significantly shortened compared with(120.36±5.26)min,(7.25±1.49)d,(9.29±1.33)d and(45.69±5.29)h in the laparotomy group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of hysteromyoma patients in laparoscopy group was 7.50%,which was significantly lower than 25.00%in laparotomy group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both transabdominal hysterectomy and laparoscopic hysterectomy are widely used.Compared with the former, the latter has obvious advantages in treatment and can significantly improve the overall prognosis of patients with hysteromyoma.
