Analysis of the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with dopamine in the treatment of neonatal infectious pneumonia
Objective To analyze the practical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with dopamine in the treatment of neonatal infectious pneumonia.Methods 80 neonates with infectious pneumonia were selected for observation.They were divided by random number table into a control group and an observation group,each with 40 cases.The control group received symptomatic treatment,and the observation group received ambroxol hydrochloride + dopamine treatment.Comparison was made on disappearance time of pulmonary rale,the relief time of wheezing,the relief time of cough and the disappearance time of dyspnea after treatment,the clinical efficacy,the blood gas indexes[arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)]before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the disappearance time of pulmonary rale,the relief time of wheezing,the relief time of cough and the disappearance time of dyspnea were(4.16±0.18),(3.14±1.08),(5.18±1.62)and(2.05±0.12)d,which were shorter than(6.26±0.84),(5.33±1.24),(7.19±1.41)and(3.28±0.36)d in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than 77.5%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PaO2 in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and PaCO2 was lower than that before treatment;the observation group had higher PaO2 of(96.85±2.47)mm Hg(1 mm Hg= 0.133 kPa)than(81.83±2.47)mm Hg in the control group,and lower PaCO2 of(32.37±2.82)mm Hg than(43.36±2.42)mm Hg in the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.5%,which was lower than 15.0%in the control group,but there was no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion After ambroxol hydrochloride + dopamine combined treatment for neonates with infectious pneumonia,adverse symptoms will subside in a short time.It can improve clinical efficacy while achieving ideal regulatory effects on neonatal blood gas indicators,with high drug safety and fewer adverse reactions,so it is a treatment plan worthy of active application.
