Effect analysis of aspirin combined with prednisone in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of aspirin combined with prednisone in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods 120 cases of RSA patients were divided into a control group and a study group by two-color ball random extraction method, with 60 cases in each group. The study group was given aspirin + prednisone treatment, while the control group was given progesterone treatment and routine fetal preservation treatment according to serum progesterone(P)and human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)after pregnancy. The treatment effect, incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, coagulation function[activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT)],reproductive hormones[P,estradiol(E2),HCG]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 81.67%of the control group(P<0.05).APTT of(36.56±2.46)s and PT of(11.57±1.28)s in the study group were longer than(34.55±1.96)and(10.17±0.95)s in the control group(P<0.05).The study group had P of(34.79±6.93)μg/L,E2 of(553.81±54.02)ng/L,and HCG of(7023.55±530.91)IU/L,which were higher than(23.75±5.70)μg/L,(452.82±49.63)ng/L,and(4749.28±4)95.71)IU/L in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the study group was 5.00%,which was lower than 16.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of aspirin + prednisone in the treatment of RSA patients is definite, and this method can be further promoted.
