Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of different doses of glucocorticoid pulse therapy in patients with rheumatism. Methods 80 patients with rheumatism were randomly divided into a control group and a study group, each with 40 cases. The control group received low-dose methylprednisolone sodium succinate treatment, and the study group received high-dose methylprednisolone sodium succinate treatment. The treatment effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 90.0%,which was higher than 60.0%in the control group, and there was a significant difference in comparison(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the study group was 37.5%,and there was no significant difference compared to the control group's 25.0%(P>0.05).Conclusion High-dose glucocorticoid pulse therapy for patients with rheumatism can improve the clinical efficacy of the disease without causing serious adverse reactions.
