Myocardial troponin is a classic diagnostic biomarker for acute myocardial infarction.With the continuous development of detection technology,the sensitivity of cardiac troponin detection has been significantly improved,and high sensitive cardiac troponin(hs-cTn)has been widely used,providing a good laboratory basis for the early diagnosis and prognosis stratification for patients with acute cardiovascular events.Hs-cTn can also be detected in some diseases other than heart-related diseases,and some physiological factors may cause the release of cardiac troponin.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to elucidate the possible causes and mechanisms of high sensitive cardiac troponin elevation,which is helpful for clinical doctors to make appropriate decisions and enable patients to get timely and reasonable treatment.
