Efficacy of microporous laparoscopic cholecystectomy without corpus alienum on cholecystolithiasis and its influence on quality of life
Objective To discuss the efficacy of microporous laparoscopic cholecystectomy without corpus alienum on cholecystolithiasis and its influence on quality of life. Methods A total of 40 patients with cholecystolithiasis were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 20 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with microporous laparoscopic cholecystectomy without foreign body, and the control group was treated with conventional laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Both groups were compared in terms of operative time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative ambulation time, postoperative exhaust time, hospital stay, hospitalization cost, postoperative complications, pain score, incision aesthetic satisfaction score and quality of life score. Results There was no statistically significant difference in operative time, intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative ambulation time of(7.95±1.54)h and the postoperative exhaust time of(12.75±2.10)h in the observation group were shorter than those of(11.20±4.36)and(16.80±4.75)h in the control group;the hospitalization cost of(1.42±0.13)ten thousand yuan in the observation group was less than that of(1.80±0.80)ten thousand yuan in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of(2.45±0.51)points and incision aesthetic satisfaction score of(1.00±0.00)points in the observation group were lower than those of(4.75±0.97)and(1.60±0.50)points in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the physical, psychological, role, and social scores in the observation group were(94.60±1.82),(94.80±1.91),(93.10±2.40)and(93.30±3.34)points,which were higher than those of(87.60±3.14),(86.45±3.74),(86.05±3.00)and(84.70±4.08)points in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No complications such as bile leakage, bleeding and incision infection occurred in both groups. Conclusion Microporous laparoscopic cholecystectomy without corpus alienum for cholecystolithiasis has good cosmetic effect,no residual foreign bodies in the body, short postoperative rehabilitation time, low cost, and positive effects on the improvement of patients'quality of life, which is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
