Observation on the clinical efficacy of physiological seawater combined with budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of physiological seawater combined with budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 120 patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into an experimental group and a control group according to different treatment regimen, with 60 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with physiological seawater and budesonide nasal spray, and the control group was treated with budesonide nasal spray. The symptom improvement time, occurrence of adverse reactions and symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, the symptom score of the experimental group was(2.32±0.36)points,and that of the control group was(2.34±0.48)points.After treatment, the symptom score of the experimental group was(1.03±0.33)points,and that of the control group was(1.43±0.57)points.Before treatment, there was no significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the symptom score in both groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment, and the experimental group was lower than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom improvement time of the experimental group was(9.13±1.31)d,and that of the control group was(15.34±3.41)d.The symptom improvement time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the experimental group and 2 cases(3.33%)in the control group. There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with allergic rhinitis, compared with the use of budesonide nasal spray alone, physiological seawater combined with budesonide nasal spray can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients, shorten the treatment process and improve the safety of treatment.
