Efficacy observation of Kanggan granule combined with oseltamivir phosphate granule in the treatment of influenza B in children
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Kanggan granule combined with oseltamivir phosphate granule in the treatment of influenza B in children.Methods 130 children with influenza B were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 65 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Kanggan granules combined with oseltamivir phosphate granules,and the control group was treated with oseltamivir phosphate granules.The therapeutic effect,fever reduction time,headache disappearance time,disappearance time of muscle soreness and fatigue and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results In the treatment group,the fever reduction time was(38.00±8.26)h,the headache disappearance time was(24.00±5.52)h and the disappearance time of muscle soreness was(34.00±3.76)h,which were shorter than(46.00±7.32),(34.00±10.24)and(50.00±7.29)h in the control group.There was significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 92.31%in the treatment group was significantly higher than 78.46%in the control group,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).No obvious adverse drug reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Kanggan granule combined with oseltamivir phosphate granule has good curative effect in the treatment of influenza B in children,which can shorten the relief time of clinical symptoms,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
