Investigation on the application effect of sufentanil in general anesthesia
Objective To explore the application effect of sufentanil in general anesthesia. Methods A total of 150 patients undergoing general anesthesia were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group, with 75 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were given combined intravenous anesthesia with remifentanil and propofol. After the operation, the control group was given intravenous saline, and the intervention group was given intravenous sufentanil. The anesthetic effect, pain at different time points, recovery time, spontaneous breathing recovery time, tracheal tube extraction time and agitation during recovery were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of anesthesia in the intervention group was 98.7%,which was higher than 84.0%in the control group(P<0.05).At 30 min,1 h,3 h,6 h,1 d and 2 d after surgery, the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the intervention group were(3.0±0.9),(3.4±1.1),(3.9±1.3),(3.1±0.8),(2.1±0.7)and(1.5±0.3)points,which were lower than(3.9±1.1),(4.3±1.4),(5.5±1.5),(5.1±1.5),(3.3±1.1)and(2.5±0.8)points of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time, spontaneous respiration recovery time and tracheal tube extraction time of the intervention group were(27.4±2.5),(8.4±1.3)and(7.7±1.1)min,which were shorter than(38.7±4.2),(13.5±2.1)and(14.1±1.4)min of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of agitation in the intervention group was 16.0%,which was lower than 50.7%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil anesthesia and analgesia for patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery have better effects, which is conducive to reducing the pain of patients, speeding up the recovery time of anesthesia, and has high safety and clinical application value.
