Observation of curative effect of Yigan San combined with press-needle on hyperactivity syndrome in children with spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity
Objective To analyze the effect of Yigan San combined with press-needle on hyperactivity syndrome in children with spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity. Methods A total of 120 children with hyperactivity syndrome with spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into a control group and a treatment group according to different treatment methods, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with EEG biofeedback, and the treatment group was treated with Yigan San and press-needle.The treatment effect,Swanson,Nolan, and Pelham Scale-Version Ⅳ(SNAP-Ⅳ)score,Conners score, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and adverse drug reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 93%in the treatment group and 80%in the control group. The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the SNAP-Ⅳ score in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment, and the SNAP-Ⅳ score of(14.53±5.28)points in the treatment group was significantly lower than(21.20±6.57)points in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the Conners score in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment, and the Conners score of(9.32±1.89)points in the treatment group was significantly lower than(11.43±2.40)points in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment, and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of(14.83±3.13)points in the treatment group was lower than(18.65±3.29)points in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the course of treatment,no adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group and the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 0.Conclusion The combination of Yigan San and press-needle for the treatment of hyperactivity syndrome with spleen deficiency and hyperactivity syndrome is effective, and can better help the children improve the clinical symptoms. The overall drug safety is high, and can be popularized.
