Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of Huangdi internal acupuncture on migraine
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huangdi internal acupuncture on migraine.Methods 100 patients with migraine were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Huangdi internal acupuncture,and the control group was given ordinary acupuncture with routine acupoint selection.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and migraine comprehensive score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,VAS score and migraine comprehensive score were(2.04±1.51)and(10.85±3.85)points in the treatment group,and those in the control group were(3.31±1.52)and(13.57±3.29)points.After treatment,VAS score and migraine comprehensive score of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the treatment group,6 cases were cured,26 cases were significantly effective,15 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective.In the control group,3 cases were cured,12 cases were significantly effective,29 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=3.1508,P=0.0016<0.05).Conclusion Huangdi internal acupuncture can relieve the pain symptoms of migraine patients obviously,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
