Analysis of the clinical efficacy of drug therapy for gastric and duodenal ulcer in gastroenterology department
Objective To explore the clinical effect of drug therapy for gastric and duodenal ulcer in gastroenterology department. Methods 80 patients with gastric and duodenal ulcer were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received triple therapy, and the observation group was treated with bismuth potassium citrate on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,Helicobacter pylori(Hp)clearance rate, incidence of adverse reactions, satisfaction and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95.00% ,which was higher than 70.00% of the control group(P<0.05).The Hp clearance rate of 97.50% in the observation group was higher than 72.50% in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions of 15.00% was lower than 37.50% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of physical function, social function, role function and cognitive function in the observation group were(77.88±6.96),(79.81±7.85),(86.94±6.88)and(86.58±6.77)points,which were higher than(64.14±6.19),(65.18±7.22),(73.19±5.33)and(75.20±6.41)points in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.50% ,which was higher than 72.50% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of patients with gastric and duodenal ulcer, adding bismuth potassium citrate based on triple therapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, provide Hp clearance rate, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of patients, and effectively improve the quality of life of patients and enhance their satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
